"The Sunshine Around Us" draws inspiration from the way sunlight reflects on and beneath the ocean’s surface, capturing the hidden beauty of the deep sea. The soft, diffused hues reflect the delicate, shifting colours found within the ocean’s depths. This painting is based on my visit to Egypt's coast line of Sharm El Sheikh where I was able to snorkel with sea life, the painting represents these pockets of depth and perspective and mirrors the oceans nature and sea life colour pallet.
